A fly lands in the American's beer - holds the beer out to the bartender

"Ugh! Bartender, get me another beer!"

American goes back to drinking his new beer.

Another fly lands in the Brit's beer
Picks the fly out, tosses it aside and goes back to drinking

Another fly lands in the Irishman's beer
picks the fly up and holds it at head level... looks it in the eye

"Spit it back, ya
